ANNATTO COLOR POWDER

Carmine water Soluble is a dark water-soluble powder produced from Aluminium Lake and Cochineal Carminic Acid. It is obtained by aqueous color extraction of the Cochineal, followed by a spray-drying process. It may contain alkaline cations in excess. It provides a red coloured solution.
